All of our products are made to order. Due to the nature of our production, all sales are final as of the immediate moment of purchase. 

Defective merchandise 

In case of defective merchandise or an error in the order on the part of BRYAN JIMENEZ, clients must follow the instructions bellow. 

- Costumer must need to email an exchange request to info@bryanjimenezny.com. 

- Request must be sent within 5 days from the date of receiving order. 

- Request must contain Name of costumer, Number of order, Reasons for returning the product(s) and Pictures of defects on merchandise. 

Once the written request is received, info@bryanjimenezny.com will send a written confirmation to the client including the return authorization number. Client must write this return authorization number internally on the box. 

- The retuned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.

- All returns should be authorized before requesting a return and sent tracked. If the product is deemed defective, the cost of retuning an item will be covered by Bryan Jimenez.
