RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because all pieces from the store are made upon order, all sales from Bryan Jimenèz are final. We only accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com within seven days of receiving the piece. Upon return, we will seek a replacement. If no replacement is available, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of your product.
